I am wondering, if anyone can provide the contact details of any Newari cultural musical band for weddings in Nepal?
Also what will be the rates for the whole day? I couldn't find anywhere. Please help!

Hello Sumi,
There are various active groups within the valley who have been practising such genres of Newari Music. Such groups perform various Newari ensembles ranging from Dapa Hymns to Baya: cha: to Basuri Ensembles etc during weddings.

Traditionally, Baya:cha: ensemble and Basuri Ensemble accompany the wedding procession. But in the present times, Baya:cha: is rarely seen whereas Basuri ensembles have been actively performing during wedding seasons.
