Which places are recommended for wild safari in Nepal?

One thing that a tourist must not miss in Nepal is wildlife safari. And I am also planning to experience it this year. I have heard a lot about it but don’t know where to go. Some travel agencies have suggested me to visit Chitwan. So apart from Chitwan. What other places are suitable for wild safari? If it’s possible then kindly mention the details about the packages and estimated costs as well.

Nepal can be divided into three areas, the high mountains, mid hills and low lands. The climate in these areas is different as well, having an arctic climate in the high mountains, the low lands and thus more or less the south of Nepal have a tropical climate. In these subtropical jungles three wildlife reserves, popular and open for tourists, can be found. Nepal is one of the first choice for those who who wish to experience the nature.

Chitwan is Nepal’s most popular National Park offering excellent opportunity to see Royal Bengal Tigers, one horned Rhino, crocodile and thrilling wilderness experience into its deep and thick Jungle. Bardia is Nepal’s second most popular National parks offering excellent jungle safari.Ride on an elephant’s back or on four wheeler will lead you to path where you can discover some rare natural habitats.

Even the Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve is one of the most scenic place offering ample scope for nature walk. For those with curiosity and perseverance, walking within the reserve on foot is the most profitable way of exploring the grassland, river lagoons and woodlands and vicinity of the barrage, just a short drive away.
