How does it feel to take part in adventure activities in Nepal?

As a tourist, how is your experience taking part on extreme adventure activities in Nepal like white water rafting, bungy jumping, canyoning, mountain expedition, trekking, paragliding etc.

Seriously,
It feels like heaven, internal peace call it satisfaction.
Just returned from short Langtang trek last month. Amazing. I am writing my diary here,
Hope you will enjoy and comment afterwards.

I recommend Langtang trekking.

As a domestic tourist, i am very glad to have such a great experience. I have had few experiences on adventures such as canyoning, rafting, wall climbing, cycling. I thought i would be alone with my small group of friends on the trip but i was wrong. Many youngsters like me were involved and it enlightened me that youngsters in Nepal are also into adventures, not only the international tourists. Adventure gave me a break from daily hustles and brought me peace of mind. It's just like meditating to the adventurous people.
