According to the multiple sources, as Mr. Tul Bahadur posted a video,

"Due to the devastating flood that occurred recently, the suspension bridge over Namrung Khola, which is part of the Manaslu Circuit trekking route, has been swept away.

As a result, the Manaslu Circuit trekking trail is currently completely closed and trekking is not possible at this time.
Starting today, an initiative will be launched to open an alternative route and construct new temporary bridges at the necessary locations so that travel and trekking in the Manaslu region can resume as soon as possible.

We request all trekkers, guides, and local residents to avoid the route until it has been confirmed safe and officially reopened.
We hope the trail and bridges will be restored soon and that the Manaslu Circuit will be back in operation as quickly as possible."
